Your training schedule and link to access the virtual training has been provided via email.
TRAINING PHASES:
Phase 01: Virtual or Classroom Initial SP Training.
Phase 02: Virtual or Classroom Differences Training & eLearning. (Differences: Station Specifics, Airline Differences from SPs Training. eLearning details will be provided by your local trainer)
Phase 03: On the Job Training (OJT) - This is your practical or hands on training.
Log into MS Teams with the email address you provided us. Same one that you received the training schedule at.
Enter your FIRST & LAST name when prompted for a Display Name. Not following this may result in being denied access.
Join ALL Virtual Training classes using the same link provided via email.
When you join, you will be placed in a "waiting lobby". Stay there until the Trainer lets you in.
CLASS RULES AND GUIDELINES:
NOTE:
You are required to attend all scheduled training days.
Being late may result in removal from training.
Missing a day of training will result in automatic removal from training.
Please make sure you make proper arrangements and be on time.
Find a nice, quiet & distraction free area to connect from and remember that the class is planned for 5-7 hours daily. (driving a vehicle is NOT safe while in attendance, and you will be removed from training)
Proper attire is required, no different as if you were sitting in a classroom. (laying in bed and/or in your PJ's is an example of what not to do.)
When you connect to the MS Teams call, make sure your camera is working and always on. You may be removed from class if not.
You must be visible on camera. No Ceilings, walls, foreheads, or fading into a "background" image.
Please use a headset/earbuds with microphone to reduce possible noise feedback (recommended, not mandatory).
You must be able to use your microphone for class discussions.
When joining the meeting, join with your microphone MUTED.
Please leave your microphone on MUTE until called upon or during class discussions.
To make things easier for you, please use a desktop, laptop or compatible tablet. Cell Phone(optional) devices will make it difficult to read the text on the training presentations.
Take NOTES! Handwritten notes can be used during your paper exams. No screenshots, photos, or printouts will be allowed.
Participation during class discussions is MANDATORY. Share your answers with the group. If you get it wrong, there is nothing to be embarrassed about, we are here to learn.
Attendance is tracked by both the trainer, utilizing the attendance system built into MS Teams as well as the attendees cameras and class participation.
Class may be recorded and used for participation and attendance review.
IN-PERSON CLASSROOM TRAINING:
Upon completion of the virtual training, you will be scheduled to meet face-to-face to complete in-person training as well as be provided information on required eLearning.
