New Hire Training

Effective Monday, July 1, 2024

Lost/Stolen Badge Fees:
  • 1st offense: $100
  • 2nd offense: $250
  • 3rd offense: $500

These fees apply to all LAS Airport SIDA-Badged Employees.

Payday is every Thursday. Our work/pay week is Friday through Thursday.

New hire training is paid, but only during the hours of actual training. Lunch and early-outs are not paid for.

New Hire Training Phases

Phase 1 Training will consist of Virtual or Classroom Initial Company Specific Training.

Phase 2 Training will consist of Virtual and/or Classroom Differences Training.
(Differences: Station Specifics, Airline Differences from Companys Training, and eLearning. eLearning details will be provided by your local trainer)

Phase 3 Training will consist of On the Job Training (OJT) - This is your practical or "hands-on" training.
